Its really yummie, but it can be a little hard to digest raw, so what I like to do is to mix them well with a fermented raw dressing (nuts/seeds, lots of sauerkraut, herbs you like, maybe lemon, water to blend) and let it sit over night together with the sweetpotatonoodles, it will be so much easier to eat raw in that way, maybe you can't even longer believe its raw! I love to serve my dishes with different sprouts, it will give you a boost of enzymes and other health benefits. Raw garlic & chili mayonaise: Blend all ingredients until creamy: 1/2 Cup of hempseeds 0.4 Cup dl sunflowerseeds 1-2 tsp mustard or ½ tsp mustardpowder 1 fresh chili (taste the amount) 1 garlic clove 1-2 dates or 1-2 tsp raw honey 1,5 TBS applecidervinegear or the juice from 1 lemon 1/2-1 tsp of salt Water, start with a little and use more until you have a texture you like I really love this raw garlic & Chili mayonaise, here I served it with Swedish style paté made of almonds, carrots, horseradish, dill etc (see full recipe on www.rawvegan.se). I love this mayo, I love to use it as a dip for my veggies, as a sandwish spread or sometimes I make it thinner and eat it as a salad dressing! Are you going to try this? Caramel cardamon frozen nicecream cake recipe: Make the crust in the foodprocessor and press into a springform. You will need for the crust: 1/2 Cup of mulberries, 1/4 Cup of hempmeal powder, 2 TBS mesquite powder, 5 dates, 1/2 Cup of sesamemeal (just blend sesameseeds into a flour), a pinch of salt I made the filling in a handmixer, just blend following ingredients for the icecreamlayer: 5 bananas, 3 dates, 1,5 TBS of tahini, 1 tsp of cardamon, a pinch of salt. Freeze it for 2 hours, then make the top layer by blend in a handmixer or mixer: 1/2 Cup coconut yoghurt, 2 bananas, 1 TBS of cinnamon, 1,5 TBS mesquite powder. Spread it on the top of the cake and maybe some chopped walnuts and mulberries as a topping too if you want... and freeze at least 6 hours, but it will taste better if you freeze it atleast 24 hours. Organic foods from the area you live in is cleaner, fresher and give you the right nutrients, information, signals you need right now. Nature creates the foods for a reason, its made to be eaten, that keeps you in balance if you eat it in season. The more foods from nature you eat- the better it is. Don't heat it too much, its better to keep it alive. The foods you see on the plate is created together with @rawlifestylesweden, I visited Johan, Maria in Sorunda (near Stockholm) together with Dan Uhrbom (the king in Sweden when it comes to wild living food) Here is the Lovely lunch we made. Lentil sprout "mash" with wild three leaves, oliveoil, garlic. Flax cracker. Wild herb pesto. Fresh lingonberry "jam". Coconut yoghurt. Wild green parsnip "rice". Cabbage carrot salad with raisins. Fermented cress seeds. Fermented "cheese" dressing. Chopped zucchini from their lovely garden. (About the picture- read below) I have courses in health, livingfood, wild foods, fermented foods, sprouting, and the next course I will have will be a full weekend course in Sorunda, near Stockholm in colloboration with RawLife Style, I link all the information in ny profile! This raw, wild and living "swedish sandwish cake" you see in the picture is a leftover from my last course. It was just soo good!!! I love to combine different colors, people don't always know, but we eat so much with our eyes. If the food you eat is beautiful, I promise you, it will taste waaay better!! Its the same if you prepare it with ingrediens that you pick by yourself, you will feel so much more love with that food compare to foods you just buy with not know where it comes from, its just no connection. When its no connection with the ingredients you use, it will not taste that good either. This raw lavender chocolate bowl is just soo good!!! See the recipe in the left corner in this picture! I eat it often for breakfast and it feels amazing, its a nutrition explosion for the body!
